In my younger years, a collision with gang culture and various addictions set me on a perilous path.

One frosty morning, the stern words from my mother and sister rang clear: “Continue on this road, and you'll either be dead or imprisoned.”

Their prediction nearly materialized in my final year of high school when I was greeted by two military figures in camouflage, a sight that sent shivers down my spine.

That encounter redirected my life's trajectory.

Over the next 5 1/2 years, I served with honor in the US military. It was here that a newfound passion for wellness and fitness emerged, anchoring me.

Dreams of donning the green beret were abruptly halted when a medical discharge rerouted me. As a disabled veteran and father, I leaned into my fitness passion, quickly rising in the corporate gym world.

However, March 21, 2017, delivered a blow. A freak accident with a granite counter left my dominant hand, the hand of a professional bodybuilder, seriously injured.

This mishap spiraled into debilitating medical bills, job loss, and such profound despair that I contemplated ending it all. But in that abyss, a lifeline emerged – an invite to a transformational event, Landmark.

That call, infused with Divine intervention, triggered a profound pivot in my journey.

From that transformative 2017 moment, my journey into the realms of healing, self-actualization, and wellness deepened. Armed with clinical, spiritual, holistic, and shamanic tools, I navigated past life's tempests.

Today, through NeuIntention, my life’s mission is crystal clear: guide those feeling trapped to break free, helping them reclaim their inherent worth and power, molding them into purposeful, heart-centered leaders, intent on crafting lasting legacies for loved ones and communities.
